Dr. Kang did a wonderful job with my hubbys tongue cancer. The James is a great hospital, excellent care.
Sitting outside my brothers hospital room because he was given 3 days to live and the family was taking turns being with him. There is a lounge right outside of his room that we have been sitting in all day. We were informed that it is against hospital policy to fall asleep in these chairs because of safety hazards and we have to move clear down to the visitors lounge....which might be acceptable if we haven't been looking at a empty hospital bed sitting almost in front of the stairway exit and blocking a fire alarm. I had a partial breast mastectomy here this morning.I had to hurry on here and give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! It was a good experience and I felt very well cared for. I am so glad I chose OSU for my second opinion and made the move to The James and Speilman Center for my cancer journey.
Dr. Mathew Old is amazing! He and his staff do an amazing job with making the patient feel calm and work with helping educate them on what is going on. =) OSU has a wonderful team or nurses, secretaries, and doctors. 🤓
The staff really cares and takes time to be supportive of patients.
Each person that we encounter at The James treats us with kindness, patience and understanding. That’s enough to receive 5 stars. But then add in the leadership in cancer research and techniques, and we are blessed to have a forward thinking, cancer fighting hospital here in columbus.
