GREAT experience! I have been dealing with knee problems for over 15 years. The care, friendliness and expertise had me feeling like I was in very competent hands. And having new techniques/options with my knee replacement I was more than enthused. He was great in the hospital, at every office visit. Great attitude had me feeling great too.
I have had two successful hip replacements. I would recommend Dr. Ballard to anyone looking for a hip replacement surgeon.
For needing two hips replaced it turned out to be fairly easy on my part. Had no problems with the recovery on the first one and it made the second one an easy process. Dr. Ballard made me feel comfortable with the process and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would have no problems recommending him to friends and family. He has a great personality and is very easy to talk to.
Dr. Ballard's positive attitude has helped me through this process. I also have used the nurse help line. It was a sense of comfort when I needed an answer to a question I had during recovery.
