Excellent care and service. Completely trust Dr. Mattax.
I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes. My left eye was done first, then two weeks later the right eye was fixed. Dr Mattax and staff were awesome. I’ve trusted my eyes to Dr Mattax since 1994.
Dr. Mattax performed my lasik on both eyes. He was professional and reassuring every step of the way. This greatly helped calm my nerves and I knew exactly what to expect at each moment of the procedure. I highly recommend him for anyone considering having lasik done.
Excellent! Fast, friendly and yet very thorough. I felt like I was his only patient!! Supporting staff were all friendly and very courteous. Great care was being taken in the office and exam rooms to protect patients and staff with proper Covid-19 protocol.
I’ve been going to Dr. Mattax since 1993, I won’t go to anyone else. My last visit was a preliminary to cataract surgery.
Very pleased with Dr. Mattax and staff. Very disappointed that I could not obtain eyeglasses in house as, while my insurance is accepted for eye care, it is not accepted in the eyeglass department.
Dr. Mattax is a dedicated professional. He always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns. He is very good at explaining procedures and options. I appreciate the care I have received.
Very patient, interested in my questions and concerns, understanding, detailed in his explanation of treatment and diagnosis. Although I walked out paying $343 for my appointment and treatment that was not necessarily, planned, I'm thankful for the service and care I received.
