I’ve been seeing Dr.Mattax for years and he is great. This is THE MOST EFFICIENT office that I have ever been to. The entire staff knows what they’re doing and they do it well, all while being very courteous. I’ve referred many family members and friends and they feel the same way. It’s definitely worth the 2+ hour drive.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Maytax. He and his staff are the best. I got cataract surgery from him. He does a phenomenal and thorough job and follows through and explains everything completely.
The young technician, Christian was very helpful since my husband couldn’t be with me because of COVID restrictions to help with the wheelchair. And of course Dr Mattax is great.

Dr Mattax has been my eye doctor since 1989. He and his team are always courteous and go above and beyond to ensure that I understand what they are doing and why. They explain what is going on in easy to understand terms. I couldn't ask for a better eye dr. That team is one in a million and Dr. Mattax is the best in my opinion
