Love and Miss them! Great jewelry at a great price! I have JA jewelry that is 25+ years old! Still holding up strong! I loved being able to browse the stores! We ordered a charm bracelet for one of my sisters online and had excellent service there as well!
Beautiful jewelery I have purchased and worn James Avery jewelery since I was a kid. Back then the dangle charm rings were popular. Over the years I have watched as the selection of jewelery has increased to contain some really intricate, beautiful pieces. All of the jewelery that I've purchased from James Avery over the years has held up well. I'm such a fan that I usually buy at least one piece of James Avery jewelery for someone at Christmas every year.

THEY LOST MY CHARM BRACELET!!! I have been in the store several times for a repair and each time has been filled with dissatisfaction. One of my charms got caught and stretched the links and safety chain so had to be replaced. 2/8/21-1st time: They bought back the damaged bracelet and sent the retired charm to be repaired. Outstanding service It’s a place for everyone to shop and feel the warmth and the love just cherishing the atmosphere of giving I would recommend everyone to James Avery they are moving to a new location so they are currently up at Anderson Lane but they will be moving next month but I will be for everyone to them customer service the items or just appalled will stop by
