THEY LOST MY CHARM BRACELET!!! I have been in the store several times for a repair and each time has been filled with dissatisfaction. One of my charms got caught and stretched the links and safety chain so had to be replaced. 2/8/21-1st time: They bought back the damaged bracelet and sent the retired charm to be repaired.
