Please be ware, Dr. Heinrick uses watered down Botox. I was referred by a friend who highly recommended him & after going back to 'fix' my Botox 3 different times because it faded after only 1 month I gave up. Initially the idea of paying for an area of Botox instead of per unit sounded great, but he never wrote down how many units he used & his staff kept saying 'come back & he will tweak it & fix it'. My family have been with Dr. Heinrich for the past 5 years. His staff is outstanding and can be compared to no other. I am an office manager for 4 busy surgeons, I can attest to that. I would recommend Dr. Heinrich without any reservation. He has been one of the best doctors we have ever had. He saved our son's life, and continually gives him hope. He was recommended from our son's pediatrician who is also well known in the south county community!
A lot of complications after neck lift surgery. Poor results.Very careless and not enough knowledge to perform complicated plastic surgeries.Do not recommend to anybody.
Doesnt spend time with you, sends his assistants (who know NOTHING). I am very unhappy with the work he did on my nose and wish I could revert to a different surgeon to have it done over. I continue to go in because he says he can fix it but I am always left unhappy!
I am very unhappy,for two years suffering from painful ugly scars after face lift. Wrinkles and sagging of the skin remains the same. Nothing was done right.Liposuction with water without visible results too. May be the doctor is good as an ENT but not as a plastic surgeon!
He was literally in & out of room. Sent assistants in to answer complicated questions; they needed to continually leave the room & ask him. Barely spent 5 minutes w/ me on several visits, recommended complicated surgery but answered no questions, walks out of the room in mid-conversation. Seemed like a nice guy; maybe he deals w/ people who treat plastic surgery like it's no big deal in that ritzy area, but I was put off. Excellent physcian and takes his time to discuss any concerns you have and comes up with a plan to care for you. Never rushes his patients.
