This Practice is phenomenal! They have taken very good care of my wife, who has had gastric sleeve surgery. From the beginning to the end of the procedure they are exceptional. They really care about helping their patients and don't mind including family members, with consent, who are willing to walk through the whole process with their families. Your a person and not just a process to this practice. Yes, as a husband to one of his patients, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Ponce to anyone looking into gastric surgery.
From the first visit, the nutrition visits, the social worker visit, seeing the doctor, having the surgery and all the follow up visits, I have to say, this office is hands down, the best!! From front desk through staff members, exceptional customer service! I would highly recommend them!!! They all have the best bedside manner of any office I’ve ever been in. They genuinely care about their patients. If you’re debating whether to have bariatric surgery, give them a call. You won’t regret it!!
