Such a disappointment! I’ve given this dealership 3 opportunities to fix my Velar and it’s always a reason they can’t/won’t/don’t! Customer Service is terrible. You call they don’t return calls, they blame you, and show no remorse when they mess up. I had a pleasant car buying experience with them but it’s been problem after problem ever since. Stay away!!

Maureen, on the sales team, is awesome. She was exceptionally helpful and patient throughout the buying process, and was never pushy. She focused 100% on helping me get exactly what I wanted. After my purchase, I needed some quick assistance from the service department, and the experience far exceeded expectations. Jordan was especially helpful and accommodating. Definitely a happy customer in all aspects.
