Everything went downhill after the sale was completed. Never received followups and offers as promised until complaining to the service department. Have had several interactions with the service department since buying and none have gone smoothly. Feel like this dealership does great with the sale however all the great interactions quickly stopped one the sale was over.
Charles was AMAZING! ❤️ He was laid back and not pushy. Ended up finding exactly what we were looking for and enjoyed working with Charles!
This is our second Rover purchased at JLR north Atlanta and they are awesome. Andrena is awesome and after a year since our last vehicle she immediately remembered my name and previous purchase. The managers also remembered us ! After hundreds of cars sold it is amazing to me the high level of service as simple as name remembrance.
