Dropped my car today the second time because the coolant tank is leaking. When i told Our service guy Pete Alvarez he was very defensive, not too willing to listen, had plenty excuses and almost being SMARTASS. I had to explain to him that nobody enjoy going back to the dealership every month for the same problem and he wouldn’t like it either . The service closes at 6:30 and no news from PETE . David Evans is a really great salesperson. Not pushy and very genuine. I like that he truly tried to accommodate my every need. I was buying a used vehicle and they were very accommodating to buff out every scratch that you would typically find with a used vehicle. When I left I felt like my car had been turned into a new car. (The detailing was a work of art.)Negatives- I didn’t like having to work with 2 different salespeople at times, but hey that isn’t realistic since things come up. I recently had a service appointment for scheduled maintenance on my 2008 LR3. I received a text from the service contact to text back or call with any questions and I did with no response. I also texted another service contact there with no response. Then I finally got a call around 3:30 pm (my appt was 11 am for an oil change) and was told my car hadn't been touched. The Hennessy team was great to work with and made my buying experience very pleasant!
Friendly Staff and very helpful, not pushy. Definitely would recommend this car dealer for your next vehicle. Only complaint is with the detailing when I picked up my car. It could have been better and not what I expected for a luxury vehicle.
