This kind of follow-up you rarely see these days in customer service. She is truly an asset to Jaguar Fort Lauderdale and I highly recommend her.

My service advisor was great. Even when I got my F pace back, there were 3 things that were not right. He immediately took care of them. He always goes above and beyond.
