Service is not good. They dont seem to value other people's time, they dont call back when promised, they dont follow up, appointments dont seem to make a difference. They go to lunch and dont get anyone to cover and you have to sit and wait for them to return!!! My car was scheduled yesterday and they had no loaner. I confirmed everything the day before, the guy never called me back and my car was never serviced. Said they would call when loaner was available. No call!
