Let me start by saying I’ve owned a lot of high end cars and worked with many service departments. I purchased my F Pace 2017. This vehicle has been riddled with issues from day one. Most all have been related to computer defects. I will stop here and say my service advisor Ken has been nothing but professional and done an excellent job, with that said he can only do his job. My service advisor Kenneth Sarra is just the best. Great service and attention to detail. Also, thank you for the beautiful loaner i got. Now i want to get that car.
My experience at every service visit is a huge disappointment. The advisors I’ve dealt with are arrogant and come across as disinterested in my business as a customer. Just yesterday I was given paperwork for a vehicle that belonged to another customer. Stay away from this place. Once you purchase or lease a car, the smiles end.
