My experience with Jaguar Fort Lauderdale would have been greatly improve if promised will actual fulfilled. My last two visits included a PROMISE that my loaner vehicle would be a Jaguar. It wasn't. I had to spend valuable time arguing with the manager about an unfulfilled promise and explain that as an executive, I cannot show up to appointed in a very low end rental which was the case. Took my car in for a diagnosis and was taken care of Pete . He took care of my vehicle and even gave me a loaner while they inspected my vehicle. very fast and reliable would definitely bring my car back anytime.
