Very positive and experience with a professional sales agent who has as knowledgeable and helpful.
After my test drive and making the salesperson a fair offer, the sales manager got involved and lied about the actual KBB value of the car, it was his way of making me feel like he's giving me a good deal. It didn't take me long to figure out he was lying and walked away from the deal. They kept sending annoying emails even after I had asked to be removed from their mailing list. They even tried to waste my time again by inviting me to come look at a car that was already sold.
Very nice people. Excellent follow up.
