I actually ended up buying a car from these guys. The sales person I worked with was named LaNita. She was always very courteous and quick to respond to questions and requests throughout the entire process. I flew in from out of town to buy the car and they were there waiting for me at the airport to drive me to the dealership. When I got there all the paperwork was ready and waiting for me to review and sign. I was out of the dealership and on my way home within about 30 minutes. Ali, we received your lead after our business hours at 9:15pm, we responded via email at 8:16am before we our sales hours begin at 9:00am.The lead did not have a valid phone number for you so we could not call you personally before you called in at 10:34am.That vehicle was sold at the end of the business day before, just a couple of hours before you inquired and unfortunately there is a time lag of 12 to 24 hours for sold units to be removed from the Cargurus website.
