My partner and I have gone here on a couple different occasions. It's nearly impossible to get a salesman to help you. I can appreciate not getting pounced on but we left after a long period of time, twice, because nobody came to help us. Most recently on Saturday we called about a specific vehicle being available which they did call back and inform us it was. Dishonest - Poor Customer Service My wife and I own a 2017 Jaguar F-Pace. My wife took the car in for service and received a loaner car that had visible damage and was noted on the check out form (car was also dirty and still had the last renter's water bottle and trash inside). She returned the car the next day after running some local errands and parking it in our garage overnight. Now the loaner car people are claiming that she caused the damage and filed a claim against our insurance carrier! The dealer shirks all respon... read more

Just leased a 2016 Discovery this past weekend. The only thing that took too long was making up my mind on which color I wanted. Our salesman Kenny was extremely nice and patient with me. I filled out the online credit app a day before we knew we would be coming in. Once we decided on the car, we were done with the paper work in less than 20 minutes. The wait for the wash, floor mats etc took minimal time. Everyone we spoke to was very nice and I would recommend Land Rover Chantilly to anyone.
