I have been getting my Jaguar serviced here for 5 years . Long story short i bout a Range Rover online but needed OEM mats . The extended warranty company is paying for them $700 . I have been dealing with a trifling parts department including manager who i have to hunt down to return calls . UPDATE: no buyers guide was on the vehicle prior, during, or after our purchase process. Management has stated they do not have a signed copy of a buyer's guide to myself, but have tokd their corporate office that they do have a copy. Please see attatched photos where Richard, the general manager, states that the FTC doesn't require a signed buyer's guide, only that one is present. no buyer's guide was present. 3.7 Stars is being generous to such a poorly ran Jaguar Dealership. I have the most absolute respect for the Jaguar Brand but this dealership is not respectable enough to carry the name. Searched for a Jaguar F Type for forever, dream car matter of fact. Finally found the perfect one at this dealership. Very bad experience. Not what I was promised by the sales person.
I was unfortunately assigned to Annamarie Pistone in response to an inquiry on a preowned 2018 Audi 5. She is the rudest sales representative I have ever worked with in a car dealership. After I was chastised for test driving the car too long, while sitting in traffic and stopped by emergency vehicles, she proceeded to laugh at my "southern" accent upon my return. My Range Rover was low on Coolant and was not sure how much, stoped by The Service Department of Chantilly Land Rover and asked if they could top of the coolant level with out anyone getting in my car( due to COVID19 Pandemic), Adam Ajtaji was kind enough to accommodate and took care of me right away. Thank you Adam, Stay Safe.
They are liars and cheats. They cashed a cashiers check for over $63k on a deal that fell through and will now not return the money. They claim to have no record of the transaction or the check. Thieves!
