Wonderful dealership. Have purchased many vehicles from them over the years. Craig, Ryan, and the service team are top notch. Same for Eric, Rupi, and John on the sales side. These folks consistently display a commitment to excellence. Been a customer for over 20 years and owned everything from supercharged Range Rovers to Defender D90s. Wouldn't buy from anyone else.

Good Morning Tulsa Jaguar. Jaguar Customer Service experience. My wife has a new XJ that we bought in Tulsa last year. We live in Fort Smith, AR. She had an appointment to get her first service yesterday. In her words last night. "Horrendous" She said the service tech had no interest her making her happy. He said "just go back to Fort Smith and find you a tire shop. "Really". She is normally a very happy and congenial person. She is going to tell everyone she know about how she was treated.
