Jack Pritchard was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was knowledgeable and kept in touch with us through out the process. Loving our new purchase, but we will for sure be back when purchasing our next Land Rover! Thank you Jack!

Noticed a 'Low Coolant Level' warning with my LR3 on a Thursday evening. Went online and scheduled a service appointment for the following Monday (including a loaner). Got a call Monday evening from Corey with the quote for repairs plus some other 'concerns' to keep an eye on. Picked the LR3 up on Wednesday and ended up paying a little less than expected (always a good thing). I read other reviews mentioning 4-5 weeks for a loaner; I experienced that as well earlier this year but that seems to have been fixed. I also had som... read more

They sold us an LR3 years ago which had a carfax hit on it and didn't tell us when we bought it. We went to trade it in and because it is owned by Thornton when we went to trade it in for an Audi (also Thornton owned) they dinged it for the car fax (minor less then 1000 ding). Got more money for the trade in sight unseen in Dallas. Would recommend calling Dallas, KC or St. Louis dealerships who handle more volume if you want a reputable business relationship.

We found a sales record in 2008 for an LR3 that we believe is the vehicle you're referring to. We reviewed the Carfax and it does show an accident report prior to the purchase of the vehicle. The Carfax also shows that this vehicle was sold again in 2013 by Fort Worth Audi and is currently registered in Texas. Can you help us understand what the situation with the LR3 is? The atmosphere is fantastic. From the new manager down EVERYONE was friendly and made it a priority to give friendly service. We were treated like real valued customers not just humanoid units. This was a service trip but for the seventh time we have purchased or leased from Don Thornton dealerships. Highly recommend!

I’ve driven an Evoque since 2013 and JLRT has always provided the best service. From oil changes to replacing a turbo, the service department always assured I was taken care of the past seven years. Recently I had a situation that required getting the general manager involved. His professionalism was awesome, and his evaluation was right on point. I will purchase my next vehicle from JLRT.

Terrible customer service for the amount that we spent on a car. I mean I didn’t freaking buy a Prius for a reason. I was told I had to wait a month and a half to bring my car in to be serviced because I need a loaner. That should be a given. Plus the first guy who worked in the service department that I talked to dismissed me and passed me on to talk to someone else. Still can’t sync my to CarPlay after having it in twice. Nobody wants to be helpful. Why would I buy another Jaguar when my lease is up please tell me??!!
