I have called numerous times in the last couple months to get my jag serviced. Never have I experienced such horrible customer service. If I wanted Hyundai type service I would’ve bought a Hyundai. Chris (service manager) & the only one capable of returning calls informed me I couldn’t get in until August. Which is past my warranty time for service. He advised to leave my car for a week. I recently purchase a jaguar from this dealership. It is my fourth jaguar. I had the most pleasant experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. I would like to specially thank the salesman that assisted me. He went above and beyond in getting my vehicle to Florida at no cost to me. Beautiful dealership with the most exciting cars built. Very friendly staff and James the General manager really knows Jaguar, Land Rover and Porsche product. Great to business with them.
I bought a vehicle from this dealership and everyone was wonderful.. I would highly recommend purchasing from Jaquar Chattanooga. They are friendly, very helpful and they went out of their way to make my transaction as smooth as possible. Even drove the vehicle to Knoxville to deliver it to me for no extra cost!
