RecommendedI recently had to deal with a repair on a Range Rover. Working through the service department and also speaking with the GM Mike McGinnis made this a very pleasant experience. Customer service is superb! I wouldn't hesitate to go to this dealership.
We had a fantastic experience! We found the car we wanted to buy online, called ahead and asked for Jay who was recommended to us , and he had the car ready for us to test drive when we got there! He took his time with us and didn’t make us feel pressured in any way! Turns out the car had a pretty significant problem that needed to be fixed, so they were uneasy about selling it to us...But we still wanted to buy the car. While traveling through, they went above and beyond to help with an auto emergency. The staff was excellent and I was back on the road with confidence in no time!
My husband and I spent months looking for a SUV here in Charlotte and had a horrible experience with most of the salesman that we interacted with. Excellent service. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. Service was very attentive, and kept me up to speed on what was going on. They need more F-Types for me to look at.
