Went tonight with a party of 7, for Mother's Day. Something happened, and they accidentally made the wrong dish for my dad. Waitress (Cheryl) & manager came out, explained what happened, apologized. The manager, right away, said how awful they felt and we wouldn't be charged for their mistake (they caught it prior to it being brought out). Even though we weren't upset and told him it wasn't necessary to comp it, he did....stating simply..."it's the right thing to do." Can't say enough about their service and food. The food was amazing, our waitress, Alli was amazing and the Prince tribute was exceptional amazing. Me being a die hard Prince fan i appreciate the music. Wonderful evening.
I got thr artichoke dip and scallop roll. BY FAR THE BEST SCALLOP ROLL I've ever had in my life!!!! ☺ it was my first time and I loved it ! The musician and pianist were lovely , food was great , my waitress was beyond kind. She was pretty much a gem. I am certainly going back.

We had reservations at Jags on Friday January 5, 2016 and invited another couple. Prior to arrival my wife asked for a seat near a fireplace to which they agreed to accommodate if possible. Upon arrival we were taken to a section of the resturant that did not have heat and the fireplace was malfunctioning (no fire). My wife was shocked that we were treated as though that was ok and she complained vehemently. We were then taken to another section that was not crowded nor ever became crowded. From entering to seating then eating top notch service. Fantastic food!!!
