While the bath remodel was great, the billing and response from their accounting team leaves allot to be desired. We had a change order that reduced our cost by apprx. $1000 but they continue to bill us at the pre change order cost. Many calls, little response, empty promises of resolving have left us frustrated. Here's an update. Only took 1 day. The installers were awesome, respectful, knowledgeable, AND CLEAN! My installers were Sergio & Jack. Two of the sweetest young men ever!
