Incredible chocolate. Jacques is definitely the Master. He is also a very nice guy. Great team working with him as well. Best Chocolate Chip cookies ever. Museum Tour was pretty cool.
We had a wonderful time. We took the class and the tour. We made several chocolate bars and chocloate treats. I was able to gift the bars to friends and family. I kept only 1 bar for myself. And the chocloate is AWESOME!!! I can't say enough how much fun I had and look forward to sending friends. My timeline was full of photos! Chef Jacques Torres led the class and the staff were very nice!
Seriously can't understand the complaints. To spend an hour with this talented funny human being making chocolate with him exceeded our expectations
Jacques was fantastic!! The class was fantastic and very informative. The chocolate was delicious from the machine into a cup and drank it straight! It was the BEST mother's day gift! Thank you to my lovely daughters!!!!

I love this place I was very impressed with the staff and having to met the owner and have the owner to give you a tour of the museum and explain the history was amazing . I learned so much about the history of chocolate and got to eat a lot of chocolate I will definitely come back and visit again
The "tour"could have been put together a lot better. There was no hands on activities at all. We did watch the lady make the drinkable chocolate and the chocolatier make the bom boms but that was it. We had some samples along the way as well. Overall I think it should be a guided tour not self guided. The admission prices should not be so high. It was neat to get a history perspective on chocolate which by far is one of my favorite sweets, it was would also be nice to have met or done an activity with Jacques himself.
