Terrible service. I ordered a box of chocolate for a sick person. I was told the chocolates would come from the SOHO store and be there in plenty of time. Three days later they had not arrived. They charged me for re-routing to my client's new address. The chocolates never arrived. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told the Service Manager, Ken Goto, would not take the call and that I could wait until Jacques Torres was in town if I wanted to talk to someone. LOL.
