We went to the Brooklyn location yesterday. The chocolates all looked fresh and the ice cream was really good. Staff a little less than enthusiastic and at one point looked bothered when I asked what was in one of the flavors of ice cream. But I won’t let that keep me from visiting again when we are in the area.

Product good, but staff very rude as if they don’t like to work. Maybe they want less customers so they would work less. Very unprofessional way of talking. Yells at customers. Not polite at all.
