I went to a chocolate making class with Chef Kris. He was so patient with all the students and very passionate about his job. I had a great time and loved all the delicious chocolate!
My sil and I went to one of their classes taught by Chris. It was an amazing value and well worth doing if you have a free Saturday afternoon. I will also say, the whole store experience was great, the employees were happy and helpful and willing to help anyway they can. During our class Chris would see little kids looking in the windows and he would run out and give them some chocolate. seriously good people work here. The wicked hot chocolate is delicious! Try a sample.
I enjoyed my time with Chef Jacques Torres today. I truly loved the hot chocolate. The smooth taste of a full cup chocolate had me asking all the right questions, "How?", "What?", and "When?" Just know I'll be back.
The ice cream tastes yummy and the cookie 🍪 is freshly made, the coffee is great too. Conveniently located near the Brooklyn Bridge Dumbo park. Most important of all the customer service attitude is second to none. 👍
