Ordered chocolates for my wife for Valentine’s Day. Opened the box, and one chocolate was missing (empty space in the box) while another one was damaged (melted and stuck to the paper layer on top). Emailed and tweeted with a photo, but zero response. What a letdown! Not ordering from this company again.
I’d like for everyone reading this thread to know that Jaques Torres resolved my problem more than I would have expected. We had some confusion over an order, and I was requesting half off my order. I was refunded the full amount. I have been a long-time customer of Jaques Torres and making my mother very happy along the way. I will continue to shop at Jaques Torres. saw on gold belly, my daughter watches the cooking show on Netflix, had a buddy go to nyc(we live near rochester ny) I said hey, gotta try these after seeing the gold belly commercial. God, if i could describe how good the cookies are i would but i can't, there isn't a word to describe how it tastes but I would say it's a mix between heaven and happiness. I don't even care about cost. The End
