i fell in love with jacques when he was on tv many many years ago and told the story of when he first started out in a chocolate shop when the owner made a chocolate bicycle and had it on display in tge window..jacques wanted to know how he made that and found out his secret..the owner had an old bicycle that he dipped in chocolate...glad jacques pursued his career.he is fantastic
