About this business

Religious folk tell us there are Seven Deadly Sins. Now New Yorkers can partake in the Eighth Deadly Sin, the to-die-for chocolate found at Jacques Torres D.U.M.B.O.. And a heavenly haven it is! Torres is one of the world's premier chocolatiers, making his chocolate from cocoa beans right before your eyes. Not worth all the hype! The only thing that was good was the bonbon demo. The girl was very informative. I guess the$30 ($15pp) you spend getting into the exhibit is for the 2 ganache filled bonbons you get to try. Other than that, I would've rather spent $30 in the chocolate store.

I expected a lot more from the brand. The chocolate is great but the museum/experience was expensive and dull and very basic. I would not recommend unless you do a class which you have to pay even more for.
