Physician is great... but the surgical coordinator (Merlin) is terrible. It’s unfortunate when you have great doctors with staff that can’t answer calls, can’t book the surgery and can’t complete the FMLA forms correctly. The person that answers the phone, Gabby, is so indifferent and uncaring. The patients are sick and they don’t need the added stress from the staff. As a pt Just be prepared to get angry.

I recommend the doctor but the staff at the Miramar location is very unprofessional and rude. They don’t know how to communicate with each other. You have to remind them that you are having surgery and if they received your labs
