Paid $40 for an Ultimate wash and when I asked if they did the seats with the leather cleaner (that we paid for) a they said they had but you could clearly see that they had not. The bumper was never wiped down and still had dirt in it. I appreciate speedy service but at least give us what we paid for!
RecommendedI just got my car done and the customer service was phenomenal! After it was done the exterior looked perfect, and I did a quick check on the inside and found a couple spots that I would've liked to be vacuumed better. I let a supervisor know and they immediately took my concern very seriously and a supervisor personally made sure my interior looked perfect! Thank you guys so much for your help and a huge shout out to Tristan for your professionalism and customer care!

Last time here ! I Pay VIP and the do basic cleaning! This place its joke!
I took my truck in to clean my seats and for a VIP car wash and it came out having more streaks and waterspots than before i brought it in. The guy who did my seats admitted that they did not dry the truck properly before they brought it to him to be worked on in the sun. When i brought it to the attention of a manager he said that the waterspots were somehow my fault and would cost $100 to remove.
