Nice dentist. Some costs unclear. Had to do one procedure twice. Convenient location.
Dr Jackson is fantastic! My daughters, now almost 5, and I have been seeing her for three years. I have very sensitive gums and need anasthesia even for a cleaning, and Dr. Jackson is very gentle. She is wonderful with children - mine are actually excited to go to her. She is more meticulous about hygiene than any other medical practioner I have EVER encountered and her front desk manager, Tee, is also very friendly and efficient. Dr. Jackson is especially wonderful with young children - especially if they need a cavity filled. Super - can't recommend her more highly!
Takes too long to get an appointment. Ohterwise, fairly friendly.
Dr. Jackson's total focus is on her patient's health and comfort. She keeps current on new treatments and procedures and gets her knowledge from more reliable sources than drug company reps. She can and will clearly and patiently answer any question or explain any procedure or treatment. Her staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The hygienists are gentle, efficient and friendly.
