LOVE JH Buffalo Meat! So great to serve guests and a perfect, high-quality gift. (My dogs are huge fans of the elk and buffalo bones, too) :-)
I have made one order of Bison Steaks, Fillets and Porterhouse steaks. Melt in your mouth tender, VERY flavorful. I am VERY happy with their meats and I WILL order more.
