RecommendedIf you want buffalo done right look no further!! From jerky to salami hands down doesn’t get any better! However if you want to try something that is just beyond amazing go with the smoked buffalo roast sliced thin as you can. I use their products regularly and it is the best there is! As far as negativity there isn’t anyone out there that can guarantee a tender cut of meat. Keep up the great work JHBM.

For $38 dollars a pound, the rib eye buffalo is not edible. 4 times the price of a beef rib eye! I chewed it into little fiber balls and spit out. However, the filets were good and the Elk filets were good. I would not buy the rib eyes. I bought several hundreds dollars worth and had to feed them to my dogs. I complained and the guy had attitude. Instructed me sometimes they get a bad batch. He said he would refund but decided only to refund half the rib eye order. Never again.
