We have eaten venison, elk, wild boar, bison....we just had an elk tenderloin and it may have been the best 'steak' we've ever had. We are both literally fat and happy right now. So much more in our freezer and can't wait to continue to try everything we bought.
Great tasting Ribeye, tenderloin, and ny strip steaks. Buffalo trapper jerky best jerky I've tasted. Bought steaks at store and ordered from home.
While most of the package I received was good in quantity, the elk t-bones bones produced at best two small bites of meat per piece. For the price, that is laughable especially when looking at their competitors. Recommend elsewhere for the price.
Omg just got my elk jerky in time for Christmas it's a surprise for my husband we went there in august and loved it and brought meat back to NC and of course it's gone. Best elk I have had thank you so much for the speedy delivery!!! Love it!!!!
