Would recommend. Another local company kept making promises to come service my HVAC system and lost my business. Pablo arrived timely, called before arriving, and even wore booties around the house well checking all our equipment. Quality company.
Professional service, on time and courteous. I appreciate that Jacks is careful to cover their shoes before coming in and they make sure they clean up after they are done.
They have been around for a long time, bought our second unit from them last year, great customer service. Love that they call to remind us of our maintenance service!!
We have a service contract with them and they're always professional and friendly. It's so handy to have the contract as they just call in the spring and fall to schedule a maintenance service - I don't even have to think about it!
