I would like to Thank all of the Jack’s employees that helped make a very hot situation bearable. From our first phone call late Wednesday. To Gary coming out the very next day to give estimate.(and making sure we had portable room air conditioners to make it through the hot weather). To Dylan, Wayan, Metao, and Jared coming out the next day to install the new unit and not leaving till we had cool air before they left(12 hour day). We have always tried to use Jack's, they installed our unit 19 yrs ago, and today Erik did our duct cleaning and duct sealing and did a wonderful job, was so thoughtful and nice and explained everything that was being done and love our new thermostat.
I use Jack's refrigeration service for all of our heat/air conditioning needs. We recently needed a new heater installed, they did it quickly and very professionally. Cannot recommend them enough.
Carlos and Pablo came out and installed a new Air Conditioner for us. They were very professional and polite. They arrived at the expected time each day and were very respectful about our house and property. They even let our curious toddler son watch what they were doing. Jack's Refrigeration gave us a good product at a fair price and delivered it quickly. I recommend them!
Sabrina d. was very nice and considerate ... she was very quick and efficient and very thorough in her work and in explaining what was getting done and what was being cleaned and/or replaced. I will recommend her highly to all my friends.
Jeremiah Solis did an excellent job in both repairing and servicing our AC. He was very personable, professional and exceptionally competent at fixing the job. Jack's is a wonderful service. We broke down last night and given that it was going to be about 105 today we were worried. We left a message and also emailed, and were called by 7:10 in the morning to set up time to get the job done. Jeremiah was on time!
