Outstanding, superb service by exeptional humans beings, therefore the food is just second to none. I will recomend and go back everytime I visit Albany.
We were very disappointed with our visit to Jack's on 4/11/17. My husband got the oysters, I ordered the shrimp cocktail. My husband thought the oysters were good; however, he was sick today. My shrimp were not de-veined, I did it myself. My husband brought it to the attention of our waiter, he checked in the kitchen and whoever was working that station did not clean the shrimp. This place is a must for anyone who wants to have a great experience and wonderful meal in Albany.
I have been to Jack's many times. It's always been great. Unfortunately last night we got "cattle carred." They sent up for tables of two elbow to elbow. Very uncomfortable. Service was mediocre because the staff was not used to the rush.
