Slow Sunday afternoon. Waiter was nice but drinks took 25 minutes and food took almost an hour. Everything was incredibly salty. Maybe they had a bad day but that impression when the place was empty makes me not want to go again.

My girlfriends and I went in after a day of museum hopping. Luke the bartender was awesome! Then he handed it off to Matt who is also awesome. They were attentive and funny and engaging. Everything a bartender should be. The food was great especially the mussels! Definitely going back there again. Maybe in the summer when the doors are open!

Besides the historic firehouse being gorgeous and interesting with the skull hanging above bar (that Kelly rowed), the drinks are big and the food is soulful. Staff really nice.

We went there for lunch on a weekday and it was very quiet. There were four of us, we split two sandwiches and two orders of New England clam chowder, and we were all fully satisfied. The wait staff was helpful without being intrusive. I just wish we'd had room for dessert, as all the choices sounded excellent.

Came in Friday with the family. Restaurant was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The New York strip steak was amazing! Can’t wait to return, only down side was philly cheese steaks were on the “bar” menu the dining area had a different menu. I had young adults with me who couldn’t sit at the bar, they were visiting from Las Vegas and had to settle for burgers and couldn’t order philly cheese steaks. A very silly rule that probably should be changed! One menu to rule them all!
