These people towed my car and gave me the run around about getting it back. The man on the phone was very rude hung up on me twice and i had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to meet me in order to get my car out the yard and they knew i was there. Read the comment says it all the police and dmv not stopping you but here comes Jacka$$ towing cars in visitors parking. Make it make sense ….. apartments want your money but call them. Then the ppl in the comments who actually asked them to come they don’t come to help?? Meanwhile leaving a sticker on my car FRIDAY saying They going tow it Monday , knowing dam well DMV closed. I would put ZERO STARS if possible. My husband is military and we live in military housing. Our car got towed because we have nc tags that are out of date. They gave us TWO DAYS notice to get the tags which is IMPOSSIBLE since we are out of state. They then proceeded to tow our car. We went to our housing office and they tried to get our car released without us having to pay since the contract with jacks towing is with them, I assumed that would work.
