I had a appointment to have my vehicles oil changed and tires rotated. The appointment was for 10:30am. Came back to pick my vehicle up at 12:15pm and was told it would be another hour. At that point I asked for my vehicle back. I don’t think someone with a scheduled appointment should have to wait till I guess they feel like doing the job. Made an appointment on Saturday to see used Volts today. This morning they called to make sure that I was still coming down to look at used Volts. After driving down from Jacksonville, the first thing they told me what that they sold it on Saturday before I made the appointment and that I should look at the brand new one they have instead. Waste of a drive and lied to by this dealership. I will never return.
