Saturday service is a joke! They always over book and techs don't show up. I just waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment and the car hasn't even been touched. I was told it would be at least another hour and half for just an oil change. I bought the car from them brand new, and I've consistently had horrible experiences with their service department. I will not be taking my vehicle there ever again.
Jack Wilson was so easy to work with after my Mercedes was rear ended. They did a complete inspection finding more damage than the adjuster then took care of calling the adjuster to get it covered. The work was excellent. I never expected a detail job to be included. Even more surprising was the free detail job was far superior to detail jobs I paid $$$ for at the Mercedes dealership in Jacksonville!! Thank you!!!
Bought a 'certified' pre owned vehicle that was in the shop as often as it was on the road. It would randomly die when it actually started. Beware!
I take me and my wife's cars to jack Wilson's. Their service department is the best I've found. People are always friendly, and knowledgeable. They stay in contact with you and tell you exactly what is going on with your car. I've had a great experience every time I have taken our cars in.

They over book their service appointments even for a simple oil change. Then claim it takes so long because they aren't a quick lube plus then they clean your vehicle. Funny, last week when we had our other vehicle serviced they didn't clean it. We purchased it new from them and we dropped it off the night before! If I have an appointment I expect a service tech to work with me at that service time, especially with a diagnostic. Best car buying experience we have ever had. From my first encounter on the phone to everyone we met at the dealership the service and respect we were shown was amazing. We drove almost 2 hours because of the great deal we got on the truck. I will definitely be back when I comes time for another new vehicle. The staff was superb especially our salesman Lenny.
