I had a very bad experience while visiting Smith GMC in Melbourne, FL the previous week. I am so glad I'm made the two hour drive to Jack Wilson the entire experience was how car buying should be. Just wanted to post an excellent service experience at Jack Wilson Chevy. On August 20th I purchased a 2008 Corvette. After having it for a couple days I noticed that it had an unusual sifting pattern. On August 25th I contacted Ryan in service for questions. He suggested that I bring it by Monday the Oct 5th.. We determined that the car needed to be left for more in-depth diagnostics. He supplied me with a loaner car to get back to Jax. They deemed it needed internal repair. I am so completely impressed with Jack Wilson Chevrolet..... my parents Daniel & Cathie Kenefick were on their first retirement tour, and stopped here to visit me on their way home to New Hampshire.... they needed an oil change and stopped here to get it done. They did a complimentary pressure clean on their car and it chipped the paint on the car. My parents were pulling out, and the staff stopped them and told them what had happened!!! I have been going to Jack Wilson Chevrolet since January, 1990 when I bought my 1990 Corvette. I still have her. I have had this Corvette serviced at this dealership since I bought her. I had to have my instrument cluster restored. It had to be sent to Eckler's Corvette. Stacey has been dealing with me since she got there several years ago. Jack Wilson got my Corvette to take the cluster out on June 6, 2016. They were so patient while I worked out how to deal with Eckler's.
