Thought they would change a blinker as a courtesy since I had the replacement bulb but not; they charged me $23.48. They gave me a courtesy car wash which was not very good but they did take me right in and the lady at the desk is always so nice.

Buyer beware worst experience ever when dealing with getting your car fixed Lynsey gives two different stories when talking about fixing a recall on my enclave and when you call gener motors they give you a dig gent story the recall was never fixed General Motors refused any financial assistance jack Wilson wants to rape you as far as repair costs go and not one person wants to take responsibility for selling me a piece of shit car don't ever buy a general motor vehicle you will be sorry later

I would like to thank Greg, Lindsay and David of the service department for their excellent service and responsiveness to my needs when I experienced engine failure on my way home to Toronto. They quickly determined the problem and arranged through their GM rep a replacement engine. It was no small undertaking but they got the job done and for that I am grateful. They were professional and certainly put the customer first. Thanks to everyone involved.
I recently stopped by Jack Wilson Chevrolet to participate in a test drive promotion. The sales rep, Jake Burton, was knowledgeable and personable. He answered any of my questions. When there was a problem with the entity handling the promotion (not at Jack Wilson), he was very persistent until the gift card was provided. Seeing how the Jack Wilson dealership handled a problem is a good indicator as to how they will deal with sales and service issues.
