Their entire team went above and beyond to correct my issue immediately. Craig and Lindsay do an awesome job on the front end of the service department They are supported by a great management team that understands the importance of customer service. As consumers, we chose where we spend our money. Jack Wilson Buick GMC has earned my business!
Just had my truck serviced, as always at Jack Wilson Buick / GMC in St Augustine Employees have always been courteous and helpful The dealership is under new ownership. On top of already high service cost, new ownership now charges a $ 40 fee to dispose of your old oil. Surprise! A greedy $$ grab for the profit center called the service dept.

RecommendedSo I’m on vacation in St Augustine, FL and my Silverado has a serious steering malfunction. This leaves me stranded with my travel trailer at the campsite. The service team at Jack Wilson Chevrolet went out of their way to help me out. Stacey and Mark even stayed late to get my truck done to make sure I didn’t have to stay any other extra nights. I just want to thank you both for your help in a very stressful time!
Highly advise anyone interested in buying from this dealership or any GM car in general to do some research first. GM has the WORST customer service, they give you the run around and refuse to take responsibility for problems with their vehicles that are manufacturer defects. My son purchased a 2016 Chevy Malibu from this dealership and a few months ago he went into the trunk and lifted the floor board to get to the spare tire and saw severe water damage, mold and mildew grow... My appointment time was set for 1:00pm I arrived at 1:00pm for an oil change. The vehicle was done at 3:00pm. I waited the entire time in the lobby (I heard the frustration of their employees) Nobody came over to give me a status. They were suppose to do a courtesy wash but in reality they didn’t. The car was left dirty when I asked if they wash it they told me yes but you can clearly see the dirt and grease stains left by the technician by the door knob. I hate to be lied too.
