service department was great, vehicle was in near the scheduled time & out in no time. Even though it was an oil change, tire rotation, vehicle inspection in was out in about 45 minutes. Service rep saw I had a recall on my F-150 which I had already had the work completed on my Dime (before the recall). After going through the completed paperwork she got me my near $800 cost refunded. thanks to my service rep for taking the extra steps to search this out.

I got a flat tire Tuesday night at 8pm. Of course as busy as I am working 2 jobs n grandkids events etc.. I went in to Jack Schmitt service at 8:15am Wednesday am n received service within minutes. I was up n running at 9:30pm. I so appreciate Jennifer's (I hope that's the correct name) customer service, energy n friendliness. Thank you!!
