unable to give me a fair trade in value for my vehicle. also charging the consumer $299 for a instrument that tracks the vehicle if it was stolen. the dealership did this because he was losing cars off the lot. this cost should not be laid down for the consumer. he wanted this put on for his self this is not a Ford thing.
