We were traveling with our camper and 7 dogs. The staff went out of their way to give us a cool room to stay in while we were waiting 6 hours for someone to pick us up....dogs and all. We were offered water for the dogs. They even gave us dog treats! We could not have asked for better hospitality. They did their best to fix our truck in a timely manner. They kept in contact with us regarding our problem and fix. They were a great help! I highly recommend Jack Schmidt Ford Service department!!!

Very friendly and worked me in very fast. I went in for an oil change and they not only changed my oil but also went ahead and fixed a recalled part on my car without my asking!
I dont think I could have had a better vehicle buying experience! From initial contact showing interest through actually looking at particular vehicles, paperwork, and purchase the staff, they couldn't have been more professional and friendlier. Honest and fair! They took the time the answer every question I had even if it was seemingly trivial. Taking my Escape in to have an oil change and Transmission flush. First encounter was with Dan, he told me exactly what was going to be done and my approximate wait time. went to waiting room(there is actually 3 areas that can be used while waiting) i was told approximatewait 2.5-3 hours. The car was done in just a bit over 2hrs. Entirestaff is very personable, so the wait went quickly. .
Bought my 2018 mustang gt last June. Had a great experience they went above my expectations they found all the incentives that were out there really cut the price down for me would recommend anybody to go and at least talk to them and see what they can offer. Had a few minor problems with the car windshield had a chip they replaced it for me with no problems.
